There is nothing I like more than finding and giving a great gift, a love that was bred into me by my thoughtful and generous grandmothers, as well as my career as a design magazine writer and editor.
I've had the privilege of working with many of the top names in design, for such iconic companies as Ralph Lauren, Eileen Fisher and Martha Stewart, style-setting magazines such as In Style and House Beautiful, and talented interior designers such as Alexa Hampton and Mary Emmerling. I've had the good fortune and fun of seeing the very best of what's out there, which is what I strive to bring to you with Bespoke Custom Gifts.
Bespoke is a British term meaning custom-made, traditionally in reference to made-to-measure clothing. Here, it means gifts that are personalized in some way, whether monogrammed or engraved, featuring one's hometown or favorite passion, or incorporating personal photographs, a family tree, or even a pet.
In scouting for the artisans to include in Bespoke, I look for things that are stylish, special and unique, but I'm also always keeping an eye on quality, price and good value. I can assure you that I have either personally given, or seen, touched and tried out every single item we offer firsthand. If it isn't a gift I'd love to give—or receive—then we don't carry it!
We want finding the perfect gift—even for the hardest-to-buy-for person on your list—to be a pleasurable and easy experience: We strive to offer a well-edited selection of gifts for every occasion. We offer elegant (and affordable) gift-wrapping; hand-written gift enclosure cards; free personal shopping assistance and attentive customer service.
Our wonderful blog, "Gifted," is filled with even more personalized gift ideas beyond what you see on our site; please check it out if you need more ideas, or to share some of your own favorite finds and creations!
If you have any comments, questions, or ideas about artists or items we should carry, please drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
